Slyroh manages the import logistics chain on your behalf after your order is confirmed. Shipping timelines vary by supplier location, product type, shipping method, and customs processing in Ghana.

Shipping flow

1. Supplier local dispatch to warehouse or consolidation point
2. International transit to Ghana
3. Customs clearance where applicable
4. Local delivery or pickup in Ghana

Estimated delivery times

Product pages display estimated delivery ranges. International imports commonly take 14–30 days, while local Ghana supplier products may arrive within 1–5 days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping fees

International shipping, local delivery, and related service charges are shown during checkout or reflected in the product pricing breakdown. Final shipping arrangements are confirmed during order processing.

Tracking

Tracking updates are added to your account as shipments are created and updated. Some supplier or warehouse stages may not provide public tracking immediately.

Customs and duties

Customs estimates are provided for planning. Final assessments may differ based on Ghana Revenue Authority rules, declared value, product category, and inspection outcomes.

Delivery issues

If your order is delayed, missing, or damaged, contact Slyroh support with your order number. Do not attempt to settle shipping disputes directly with overseas suppliers.
