Terms & Conditions

Slyroh is an import and order facilitation platform based in Ghana. By using Slyroh, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Platform role

Slyroh helps customers in Ghana purchase products from international and local suppliers. Slyroh is not the manufacturer, seller of record, or direct supplier of listed products unless explicitly stated. You pay Slyroh in Ghana Cedis; Slyroh coordinates supplier verification, ordering, shipping, and customer support.

Orders and payment

  • All payments are made to Slyroh, never directly to overseas suppliers.
  • After successful payment, orders enter pending confirmation while Slyroh verifies price, stock, MOQ, and shipping details.
  • Supplier prices, availability, MOQ, and shipping costs may change before confirmation.
  • If a price change or stock issue occurs, Slyroh will contact you before proceeding.
  • Slyroh does not automatically place supplier orders immediately after payment in version 1.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates shown on product pages and checkout are estimates only, not guarantees. International imports may take longer due to supplier processing, customs clearance, or logistics delays. Local Ghana deliveries may arrive faster depending on product source.

Customs and duties

Customs estimates are provided for planning purposes. Final duties, taxes, or clearance charges assessed by Ghana Revenue Authority or customs authorities may differ. Slyroh will communicate material changes where applicable.

Prohibited and restricted items

You may not order items prohibited or restricted under Ghana law, including but not limited to illegal goods, weapons, hazardous materials without proper authorization, counterfeit goods, or items restricted by customs. Slyroh may cancel orders that violate these rules.

Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information.
  • Respond promptly when Slyroh requests confirmation for price or stock changes.
  • Review product details, MOQ, variants, and estimated delivery before checkout.
  • Submit valid payment proof for manual transfers.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and order status. Orders may be cancelled before supplier placement where applicable.
